It's a Syliconic formed compression system and it is used for PPS resin prototypes and ballistic components with aramidic fiber and polyester resin.
RTM Light and/or Vacuum infusion
It is used for high-dimension components, with low volumes and composite molds, for example boats. Actually, this technology is in experimental phase in aeronautical sector.
PEC System (Polyurethan expandable compression)
It's a technology used for cave bodies with reinforced skins. This system requests a cave mold with a e-glass preform as coating. In the cavity polyurethane is fastly injected, so the skins are compressed against mold walls. Its advantage is the optimal balance between fixed and variable costs.
