RESIN TRANSFER MOLDING
RTM automated system is from three independent lines made up the following principal parts:
Are used two pumps: the hydraulic one to transfer the resin to injection gun and the pneumatic one to feed the robot with resin layer.
In the printing cab there is a draw system and explosive vapour; the printing robot keep six axis and the software can the resin settling only if the aspirator system is on.
Three hydraulic lifts can move whole the instruments and are used instead of the pressure presses.
H.P.R.T.M. (High pressure resin transfer molding)
The high pressure resin transfer molding has been engineered by Sistema Compositi technical to produce composite structures with a low resin strength. To day, the plant is equipped to produce bullet proof helmet; the yielding capacity is around 20 helmets every hour. The same plant can be able to produce armour plating and panels for truck.
