Inside Sistema Compositi plant there are four presses used for a low pressure molding.
The characteristics are:

• resin automatic loading;
  
• temperature automatic checking;
  
• automatic polymerization time.

Every single press can mold three big sheets every hour.

High compression molding
The high compression molding is used to produce two different lines of military helmet.
There are two hydraulic press to mold 10 shells every hour; the high pressure at the rubber bag and the warm molds warrant high performance to composite structures.
