Siscomould HPI Hydroform
It's a membrane profile hydraulic compression system (HPI: High Pressure Idroforming). It was used until 100bar pressure and it is used in ballistic experimental polyetilene products untils 600 bar pressure.
BagMolding
It uses vacuum bag technology and pre-preg materials.
Siscomould ASM
It's a molding system for thermoset structural and high performance components. This method wants to obtain the same performance level of autoclave system with low costs and time reducing. (ASM: autoclave substitute molding). This technology was designed by University of Rome and it is present in scientific publications. Actually, this system is in the production phase.
